    David,

I first started listening to you in college, 1980/81-ish. The song Aurora Borealis was a song that touched me deeply. I haven’t kept up with you, but every few years you work your way back to my soul. You recently came back to my heart with that song as my mind wanders to my lost son. Our son 19 year old, Ben, died by his own hand 7 months ago. The past few days, Aurora Borealis came back into my heart, and all I can do is think of my lost baby and wishing he had heard that song and new there were northern lights to help and guide him on his way.

    Peace and love and thanks,

    Steve

cannot find the lyrics anywhere to “At the end of the Day”
    and “One of those things”

Clarity is too hard to understand all words on Utube.

Can you help and send me those lyrics?

Hope Dave can someday come to Minnesota or nearby Wisconsin

I met my wife to be 40 years ago (1978) at your concert in the Chocolate Church in Bath, Maine. We’ve been fans, and together, ever since.

    David,

I’ve wanted to share this story with you since last June. My wife and grandson were staying at The Digby Pines( where we last stayed in 1984 LOL). We took a drive out towards Digby Neck where we came across a wonderful looking general store. I went up the stairs like you did with your Dad after 50 years and there was a wonderful old gentleman behind the counter. Whew, just like your fabulous song about the trip to Digby with your dad.

I told the elderly man and his son and daughter running the store about your song and how wonderful it was to happen into their store. They LOVED it! Thanks so much. Buzz Birnbaum, Newton, MA

David, I first heard your music about a year and a half ago when my father-in-law gave me one of your CDs. You have made some of the most beautiful music I have ever heard. Thank you so much for sharing your gift.

I remember the first time I heard Dave when his brother Neil (member of MEX frat Husson College) sang a few songs at our MEX frat house. I still enjoy listening to Dave perform

I wish you would do a studio record of Like This.
    So beautifully, powerfully, sadly true.
